Marc Scott has quickly carved out a reputation as the king of buggy racing, securing back-to-back titles in the British RX150 Rallycross Championship, with a dominant performance that saw victory in all but one round contested over the past two years. The son of Albatec Team Principal Andy Scott, Marc made his Supercar debut in the final round of the British Rallycross Championship in Andy’s Peugeot 306 at Croft in 2013 – the car in which Andy himself secured his maiden Supercar victory.
In the season climax in North Yorkshire, Marc took two wins, two seconds and two third places from three heats in both the final domestic round and the British Grand Prix, finishing on the podium in the final round of the championship, and securing a stunning fifth place in the season-ending Grand Prix. The 28 year-old Lochmaben driver made his World RX debut in 2014 aboard Jacques Villeneuve’s 600bhp Peugeot 208 Supercar at Intercity Istanbul Park. In 2015 Marc defends his double RX150 crown under the Albatec Racing banner.
